Source: COMMONS IGNORANCE:
THE FAILURE OF ENVIRONMENTAL LAW TO
PRODUCE NEEDED INFORMATION ON
HEALTH AND THE ENVIRONMENT
"One of the most significant problems facing environmental law is the dearth of scientific information available to assess the impact of industrial activities on public health and the environment. After documenting the significant gaps in existing information."
Before doing such action, must first need to experience things such as the negative effect of their ignorance to the nature, such as pollution, calamities, sickness and etc. people must first learn their lesson in order to take a move.

Through Environmental Laws, people will tend to be more responsible in to their action, a proper way of harvesting our mother nature with out too much damage and at the same time is to regain what's lost for her, our mother earth.
